I wonder how others are coping with that, unless it's something only I get with my mouse./r/Games is for informative and interesting gaming content and discussions. Luckily I have a mouse with a DPI switch on top and I can change the mouse speed down. It's right for about ten seconds after you load a save file. There needs to be a mouse fix too though. I just checked it now because I was playing on. I found the FOV by looking for it in the system.ini file. Plus I saw the hint to edit the six resolution entries. Most games have a config file so I searched until I found it. I don't have a hex editor so I gave up on that.

When I bought SWRC a couple of days ago I googled and found the hex edit fix. Wereas I edited in the same system.ini file. Also the link you posted suggested edit the FOV in hex. However it says edit four lines, whereas the way I found was edit six lines. I thought it was purely a hex editor fix. I didn't see that the link you posted showed to edit the system.ini file. Originally posted by Tiny Trees:I found the system file and edited that. Get it in the right resolution on a modern monitor with good colours and there's some lovely stuff. However I have to say some parts of this game look astonishing for such an old game. Only played a couple of times and been figuring out the modding of the files as I went along. I am not necessarily convinced the FOV is working. There's other stuff below it but no need to past the whole thing in. Second find this part which has the field of view. Just needed to put the part that covers what you need to change. The file is longer than I put here but no need for me to add the whole thing.
